Brookline Development Group is headquartered in Chicago’s Fulton Market district. The firm was formed in 2025 to bring together principals who have spent their careers in retail and mixed-use development, leasing and redevelopment, including the redevelopment of Block 59 in Naperville and Tinley Park Plaza at Brixmor Property Group.

Our work usually involves more than the building: zoning, planned developments, public hearings and the redevelopment of older centers. It takes time and close coordination with the communities where we work.

We meet with village staff early, before plans are final and before formal submission, and we treat public review as part of designing the project.
